Linda is mostly an Oregon native, growing up on family farms in Yamhill County, moving to Portland for college, then making her home here.

She held jobs in various fields, but primarily spent 1984 to 2017 in opera & musical theatre, filling a myriad of Stage Management & technical positions, office & box office, and child management roles for Portland Opera/Broadway in Portland, Northwest Children's Theater, and Portland Civic Theatre, among others. But she also held a longtime goal of being a part of the academic realm, so was thrilled for the opportunity to join Childpeace in January of 2018, and has been here at the front desk ever since!
