Shanon graduated from Pacific Northwest College of Art with a BFA in sculpture. She began at Childpeace in 1995, working as an Assistant for the Terrace along with other roles in the community, and has returned after being home with her daughter Charlie.

Shanon’s interests include art, sewing, gardening, canning, camping and playing with her daughter. She also teaches art and craft workshops for Multnomah County Libraries.
