Rachel Heath holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and an AMI Primary Diploma from Montessori Northwest. She joined the Childpeace community in 2021.

Rachel was born in New Orleans and moved to Portland in 2012. She brings many years of work experience as a nanny and in a Montessori Toddler community to her position at Childpeace. She appreciates Childpeace’s strong community values of peace through respectful guidance, a cornerstone of the Montessori ideology.

In her spare time, Rachel loves hiking, camping, hammocking, and reading.
