Fundraising at Childpeace
Childpeace, like virtually all non-profit independent schools in the country, relies on a combination of tuition and fundraising revenue to support its daily operations and fulfill its mission. If you have any questions on ways to give at Childpeace, or would like additional information, please contact us at 503-222-1197.
Spring Event Fundraiser
The Spring Fundraiser is our community fundraising event where we come together for a spirited evening of camaraderie and entertainment while financially supporting the school. This event brings in support from families and community members alike who share our mission of transforming the lives of our students through a Montessori education.
Cumulative donations of $2,500 or more throughout the school year are recognized at the Leadership Circle level. All Leadership Circle members are invited to a Spring Reception and program with the Head of School and Board Chair.
Childpeace Annual Appeal
The Annual Appeal is the name of our yearly foundational fundraiser. Every year we look to our trustees, parents, alumni, past parents, grandparents and friends for this essential tax-deductible support. The collected funds are spent on a discretionary basis to improve, strengthen and stabilize our school’senvironment. It also allows us to respond quickly to the needs ofthe school not covered in our annual operating expenses. Through this appeal, we also collect needed restricted funds for Tuition Assistance, enhancing economic diversity amongst our student base.
